Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors

If your company requires D.O.T. testing, we can provide your supervisors with the training needed to satisfy the D.O.T. regulations (382.603) regarding reasonable suspicion testing.

Even if your company is not regulated by DOT, but you have a drug testing program in place, your supervisors should be trained in the recognition of substance abuse in the workplace.

The two hour workshop will help your supervisors understand:

• Common symptoms of alcohol misuse and controlled substances use.

• What kinds of observations supervisors need to make, and how to document their observations.

• How to approach suspected employees.

• Who must conduct the testing?

• How to respect employee's privacy.

This is a very informative and interactive workshop.

Each participant will receive:

• Supervisor's Reference Guide.

• Observed Behavior Reasonable Suspicion Record Form.

• Certificate of Completion.

All training is conducted on-site or at a general location.
